Robert Butler, Chief Executive Officer
Rob has been working in the compensation and benefits space for over four decades. Before his current position, Rob was the VP of Compensation and Benefits for Ingersoll Rand, a Fortune 200 company, a position he held for 12 years. Before that, he was a Senior Principal and Director for the Hay Group, a large global consultancy providing compensation program design services to clients across multiple industries and around the world. Earlier in his career, Rob was the VP of Human Resources for Mercy Hospital in Portland, Maine. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Holy Cross College and is a former United States Marine Corps officer.
Anthony Celini, Vice President, Information Technology Solutions
Tony has over forty-five years of experience in operations and systems development for clients across multiple industries, and around the world. His specialty is linking IT functionality with business process engineering through database design and development. His expertise extends beyond technical design to include the development and delivery of effective training programs, client coaching and problem-solving support. His professional experience includes projects for a wide array of Fortune 500 companies, including Pfizer, Proctor and Gamble, American Home Products, Daiichi-Sankyo Pharmaceuticals, and The United States Army Medical Command. Tony holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Pace University.
