  • EQUITY AWARDS. Unlike other sources of executive compensation information, ExecutivePaybook includes the value of equity awards in the analysis of your compensation package. Our service includes algorithms and tables that estimate the value of your employer's stock option awards (using a variation of the Black-Scholes model), restricted stock awards, and similar equity-based award types, and compares these to prevailing market levels. We can tell you the degree of competitiveness your total compensation package represents when compared to jobs like yours.

  • TITLES DON'T MATTER. Titles do not function well as indicators of actual job content and job value. All VPs of Finance are not the same, nor are all Directors of IT the same. The ExecutivePaybook approach is to ignore the job title and instead evaluate the job itself by assessing the compensable factors associated with it. 

  • COMPENSABLE FACTORS. We analyze each member's actual job through a series of multiple-choice questions, which are designed to reveal actual levels of true compensable factors, which include: the size and industry of your employer, the knowledge, skill and experience required of the job, the required mental acuity needed to address evolving opportunities, threats, problems, the decision-making autonomy embedded in your role, the organizational scope and geographic reach of your job as well as the deliverables the job is expected to produce.

  • HIGHLY PERSONALIZED. We take into account each member's personal career circumstances, such as, the length of time they have held their current position (job tenure), the overall degree of professional seasoning acquired by the individual, as well as the level of the job holder’s formal education compared to the job’s requirements.

  • HEADHUNTER CONNECTIVITY. We will provide our members with notifications of specific career opportunities that fit each member’s profile. ( This service is coming soon)

  • CUSTOMIZED PEER GROUP CAPABILITY. Each member will also be able to create a customized peer group comprised of other willing ExecutivePaybook members. While no individual member data will be shared or revealed, each member of the customized peer group will see how their pay compares to the peer group as a whole. ( This service is coming soon)

  • CONTINUOUS DATA REFRESHING. We continuously update our market data as fresh information becomes available. At least once a month, we refresh our algorithms and issue updated reports to our members. Members can update their job profiles 24/7/365 with changes to their job or their pay. When they do, they immediately get an updated report.
