Prevailing Market Pay Levels Report
A report indicating the prevailing market pay levels for jobs like yours. After evaluating the compensable factors of your job through our proprietary job content and context questionnaire, we determine, the prevailing market pay rates for a) Annual Base Salary (ABS), b) Total Annual Cash Compensation (TAC), which takes into account any lump-sum cash awards typically paid for jobs like yours and c) Total Annual Direct Compensation (TDC), which takes into account the value of any equity awards such as stock options, restricted stock, and the like, that are typically awarded for jobs like yours. Competitive Market Comparison
A report indicating how your current pay levels for each component of your pay compares to the prevailing market rates described in Report #1 above. We show the degree of your current competitiveness expressed as a percentile of prevailing market rates. This report tells you how well you are being paid.
Personal Market Value Assessment
A report indicating your personal market value in your job based on your self-assessment of job-related competency. For example, perhaps you have been recently promoted into a new position that is considerably larger than the previous one. Under such circumstances employers typically pay somewhat lower in the range than might be otherwise typical for a job like yours. Thus your competence in your job affects your market value in it. Our algorithms take into account personal market value factors such as job tenure, formal education and others. This report tells you at what level you should be paid based on your job-related competence.
